The dome shape really does cut down on litter scatter, which surprised me. Cleaning is easy since the top lifts off, and my apartment finally doesn't smell like a litter box.

My cat took to the covered box right away, and the dome gives her the privacy she seems to want. The litter stays contained instead of getting kicked all over my laundry room floor.

The dome shape actually keeps the litter scatter contained—I used to sweep around the box every morning and now it's maybe once a week. My cat took to the covered design right away, and the privacy seems to keep her calmer in there too.
