The enclosed dome finally stopped my cat from kicking litter halfway across the bathroom, and the step entry catches the rest off her paws. Took her a couple days to adjust to going inside, but now she uses it without hesitation.
The step entry really does catch most of the litter before it hits my floor, which I didn't expect to work as well as it does. My cat took to the dome in about a day and now I'm not sweeping the hallway every morning.
