The little scraper tip gets into those tight grooves where gunk always hides, and that was honestly my biggest headache before. My cockatiel's perch looks almost new again after just a quick scrub. The warm water trick really does cut down on the dust clouds, which my sinuses appreciate.
Moistening the perch with warm water first really does cut down on the dust cloud, and the scraping edge gets the crusty spots off without me having to scrub hard. It’s made the weekly clean-up almost too easy, and our cockatiel seems happier hopping onto a fresh perch.
