My African grey gnaws on the natural rubber shell for hours, and it’s held up way better than the plastic stuff I’ve tried. The bell inside adds a nice jingle that keeps her coming back to it every day.
The bell is a nice touch, and my conure does chew on the rubber shell, but it's not as tough as I'd hoped after a few weeks of daily use. It's fine for supervised play, though I wish the holes were a bit bigger for easier grabbing.
